Extreme v3 server up for testing

Fixed a few issues, like notifications regarding camping/punishment for camping, who took the flag, who captured the flag.

Try it out. No b3 on it at this time.

It is can be reached either by using the server in-game list, or
by typing in console (get the console by hitting the ~ key):
