On second thought, we will return to what we had, had a bunch of folks in spec this afternoon/evening.

For those few maps with sprint, I turned off sprint while carrying the flag. I think this got set accidentally somehwhere along the line, I thought it was like that.

I modified the code so that the flag indicators do not show all the time, they only show when the flag is missing from your base, I believe. This is in response to a request by binary, it came to me how to make it happen. The code might be wrong, though, so if any bugs appear, I can back it out easily.

The spawn locations on mp_germanfarm were all in the same location. I added 5 additional spawn locations per team to further spread out the action.

Turned off dropping of sniper rifles and shotguns, at least until first Sunday in May.
