Alternative iwd file download location

It has been reported that some are having issues downloading maps through the normal method, in game.

So you are able to go to https://packs.ohmyctf.com to download the *current* maps manually. Place them in your main folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main

I don't know where the main folder for the steam version of CoD2 is.

This problem with downloads has been an issue for a long time, but it was made worse because I had added a new letter for the start of our IWD files, "Y" and those files were not being processed to have their soundaliases extracted.

We extract soundalias files and place them in a folder on the server so that clients don't have to download all the iwd files on the server the first time coming into the server. Rather, you might have to download one map file and the Z20.iwd file in the o3a folder, if the soundaliases were done correctly.

If the download process was not buggy, this wouldn't matter, because the files would download properly, but with the buggy download, it can get in the way of players making it onto the map.
